A quick chat is all it takes to get the ball rolling—we’ll book you in for an appointment at a time that suits you.

We offer face-to-face appointments in Essex, Kent, and London for Wills and LPAs.

If you're further afield, no problem! We provide virtual Will-writing appointments 24/7

(At the moment, we can’t offer Power of Attorney services nationwide—but watch this space!)

Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you some helpful information and ask for a few details in return—don’t worry, it’s quick and easy!

At your appointment, we’ll guide you through a specially designed questionnaire to gather everything we need to know about:

You can ask as many questions as you like—we’re here to make things clear, not confusing!

As we go through the process, we’ll present your options, explaining the pros, cons, and any costs upfront. The choice is always yours—no pressure, no surprises, just expert guidance tailored to you. 😊

3. Your Appointment

4. Get Your Documents Sorted

Once you have had your appointment, we’ll send you a draft of your documents and once you give us the ok we will provide your legally binding Will or LPA, giving you peace of mind that your wishes are in place.

  • We book appointments in 1 ½ hour blocks.

    Usually this it doesn’t take that long but it gives us time to go through everything in detail, answer all of your questions and get everything right first time and without feeling rushed.

    Our priority is you and your Family.

  • We’d love to offer LPAs via video, but the law says no! 🚫 We have to witness you signing the forms in person, and unfortunately, legislation doesn’t allow this to be done over a video call. But don’t worry—if you're in Essex, Kent, or London, we can come to you! 😊

  • Wills
    Our pricing is modular and tailored to you—because Wills and LPAs aren’t one-size-fits-all!

    We present you with the best options for your situation, explaining the pros, cons, and any potential costs upfront.

    You choose what works for you, and we create a bespoke Will that fits your needs.

    👉 If your Will is contentious and/or complex, it takes more time to get everything just right—which means higher costs. But don’t worry! We make sure everything is legally watertight, so you can avoid unexpected fees and prevent family arguments down the line.

    Peace of mind now = fewer headaches later! 😌

    Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)

    • Property and Financial Affairs & Health & Welfare LPA

      • Single Person: £500 + OPG fee

      • Couples: £800 + OPG fee

    • Business LPA: £500

    Additional Services

    • Video Message (leave a personal message alongside your Will): £150

    • Will Reading Service (we read your Will to your beneficiaries after your passing): £250
